Today, Gary's Auto Repair Langley enjoys a reputation as a dependable provider of a full range of automotive repair and maintenance services for any vehicle. We have lifts that allow us to service large pickup trucks and any vehicle without airbrakes. We can service 1 and 2 ton vans, F550s and Class A motor homes. We are also a designated ICBC Inspection Facility, have a financing option available, and have courtesy vehicles for customers.
As of March 2nd, 2020, Gary's is now located in the heart of Langley, at 5672 Production Way. It's a new chapter for our automotive shop, but one we are looking forward to. New location, more capacity and a many more years of continuing the Gary's Auto Repair Langley tradition of quality vehicle repairs at great prices!
What Happens When You Bring a Vehicle to Gary's Auto Repair for Service?
1. Arrival and Vehicle Check-In
When you arrive at our service facility, whether it's unannounced visit with a broken down vehicle or you have an appointment, we'll check you in and then assign your vehicle to a member of the repair team.
2. Analysis
The inspection and analysis phase involves our technical team reviewing your vehicle and then confirming the required service with you. We have the latest diagnostic tools at our disposal to minimize inspection times and ensure pinpoint diagnostic accuracy.
3. Estimate
We'll then provide you with an estimate for the cost of your auto repair. This is based on our past experience with similar services and will include both the time needed and the potential price of the repair work.
4. Service Begins
We'll then begin our service work on your vehicle. Our Red Seal technicians working will get to work and complete the repair process. At this point, if we notice a significant issue that isn't reflected in your estimate we'll contact you for guidance and confirmation.
5. Finalize Service
We'll then complete the repair and complete a comprehensive review of your vehicle to ensure nothing is missed. We'll remove any repair debris from the vehicle interior to ensure it's returned to you in ideal running condition.
6. Follow-Up
Once our repair is completed, we'll contact you to pick up the vehicle. In the days following, we'll get in touch to ensure there are no further vehicle performance issues and or questions you might have about our auto repairs.
